The United States Postal Service notified merchants that it will be releasing an update to its postal rates API effective January 24, 2014. Details on the API changes are provided on the USPS web site. Magento reviewed and tested the proposed changes with the latest versions of Magento Enterprise Edition, Magento Community Edition, and Magento Go.
